Liberal Music & Arts School, established in 2009, is Singapore's premier private institution offering comprehensive and professional courses for enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.

Our extensive curriculum includes music courses covering Western and Chinese instruments, art courses focused on creative development, professional skill training and Direct School Admission (DSA) preparation, as well as dance courses ranging from ballet and hip hop to traditional Chinese dance.

World-class faculty comprising highly qualified instructors from Russia, China, Ukraine, Canada and beyond.

Ms. Cecily

Erhu · Chinese Instruments · Music Theory

Cecily founded Liberal Music & Arts School in 2009 with a vision to create Singapore's most trusted music school. A world-class Erhu specialist trained at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Bachelor's, Erhu major, Piano minor) and holding a Master's in Music Education from Central China Normal University — with over 20 years of teaching experience spanning Singapore, Macao, and Hong Kong. She has performed before China's former Presidents Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, and toured internationally across Europe and Asia.
